About the platform
Wonrupee enables users to support charity campaigns, send gifts to others, and use reward points for eligible charitable participation. This is not a betting, lottery-for-profit, or gambling website. All activities are presented as voluntary charitable support and community gifting.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract under Indian law. You agree to provide accurate registration information.
Reward wallet & payments
- Reward points may be purchased through Razorpay at the displayed rate (e.g. ₹1 = 1 point unless otherwise stated).
- Points are used only within this platform for eligible charity gifts and related features.
- Points have no cash value outside the platform unless explicitly stated in a campaign.
- Failed or reversed payments will not credit your wallet until confirmed by the payment provider.
Charity gifts & selection events
- Participation in a charity gift or scheduled selection event does not guarantee any outcome.
- Minimum contribution thresholds and event dates are shown on each campaign.
- Selection results are conducted fairly from eligible entries when campaign rules are met.
- Organisers may cancel or postpone an event if legal or operational requirements are not satisfied.
Prohibited use
You may not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, resale of entries, automated abuse, or any unlawful purpose.
Refunds
Reward top-ups are generally non-refundable once credited, except where required by law or at our discretion for verified payment errors. Charity contributions follow the specific campaign terms displayed at the time of participation.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service, payment outages, or third-party failures.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
